I've not spoken out about this a lot, but a year ago, today, was the beginning of the end to my hell at the time. I'd spent the previous 6 months in extreme pain (screaming every time I had to stand & crying almost every day) and gradually being shut in my own body (I could barely lift my arms or hold anything, even a cup).

After tons of blood tests, x-rays & strong pain relief, my Dr at the time finally guessed what was wrong & put me on the right meds.

I'm still not fully back to my old self & it's still hard, but I've come a long way.
