3.3 User-Generated Content Licensing

  • Grant ZZvibe worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use content for operating, promoting, and improving Services.

  • ZZvibe may use content in marketing or promotional campaigns.

  • Users retain ownership but warrant rights to post content and no infringement exists.

3.4 Messaging and Social Interactions

  • No harassment, stalking, threats, or targeting.

  • Users are responsible for all interactions.

  • Sharing personal info without consent prohibited.

3.5 External Links and Third-Party Content

  • No links to malware, phishing sites, or illegal content.

  • ZZvibe not responsible for third-party content.

3.6 Advertising and Promotions

  • Unauthorized advertising prohibited.

  • Promotional content must comply with platform policies.

3.7 Community Examples

  • Spam in forums → 24-hour mute → 7-day suspension → permanent ban.

  • Marketplace fraud → immediate suspension → refund enforcement → permanent ban.

Chapter 4: Intellectual Property, Copyright, and DMCA-Type Takedowns

  • Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written consent.

  • Users retain ownership of their content but grant ZZvibe a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to operate, promote, and improve Services.

  • Users warrant they have all necessary rights and that content does not infringe third-party IP rights.

4.3 Copyright and DMCA-Type Takedowns

  • Users may report copyright infringement via the Help Portal.

  • Takedown Procedure:

    1. Notice Submission – Complainant submits written notice with:

  • Users are responsible for local law compliance; ZZvibe provides reasonable tools for data access and deletion.

5.5 Data Sharing and Third Parties

  • By creating an account, making payments, or accessing Services, users acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

12.6 Effective Date
