Først og fremmest vil vi gerne sige undskyld for den lange nedetid, vi har oplevet. Vi ved, hvor frustrerende det har vÃĻret for jer, og vi sÃĻtter virkelig pris pÃĨ jeres tÃĨlmodighed. Vi vil gerne give jer en forklaring pÃĨ, hvad der er sket, og hvordan vi arbejder pÃĨ at sikre, at det ikke sker igen.
đš Hvorfor opstod nedetiden?
Normalt skifter vi mellem serverne om natten, sÃĨ I altid har den bedste ydeevne og mere plads, efterhÃĨnden som behovet vokser. I bruger platformen sÃĨ aktivt, at vi konstant arbejder pÃĨ at optimere kapaciteten, sÃĨ vi kan følge med den stigende efterspørgsel.
For at fremtidssikre systemet besluttede vi at opgradere til en større og mere kraftfuld server. MÃĨlet var at gøre oplevelsen hurtigere, mere stabil og klar til vÃĻkst. DesvÃĻrre stødte vi pÃĨ uforudsete tekniske udfordringer under flytningen, hvilket førte til en nedetid, der var lÃĻngere end forventet.
đš Hvad gør vi nu?
Vores tekniske team har arbejdet pÃĨ højtryk for at fÃĨ alt op at køre igen og sikre, at systemet fremover er endnu mere stabilt. Vi gennemgÃĨr nu hele processen for at identificere, hvor vi kan forbedre vores arbejdsgange, sÃĨ vi kan undgÃĨ lignende situationer i fremtiden.

Hey everyone,
First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. We know how frustrating this has been, and we truly appreciate your patience. Weâd like to take a moment to explain what happened and how weâre working to ensure it doesnât happen again.
đš What caused the downtime?
Normally, we switch between servers at night to optimize performance and make sure you always have enough space as demand grows. Youâre using the platform so actively that weâre constantly working to expand capacity and keep up with increasing usage.
To future-proof our system, we decided to upgrade to a larger and more powerful server. The goal was to make everything faster, more stable, and ready for growth. However, we encountered unexpected technical challenges during the migration, leading to a much longer downtime than anticipated.
đš What are we doing now?
Our technical team has been working around the clock to restore everything and ensure greater stability moving forward. We are currently reviewing the entire process to identify ways to improve and prevent similar issues in the future.
