Hej alle,

FÞrst og fremmest vil vi gerne sige undskyld for den lange nedetid, vi har oplevet. Vi ved, hvor frustrerende det har vÊret for jer, og vi sÊtter virkelig pris pÄ jeres tÄlmodighed. Vi vil gerne give jer en forklaring pÄ, hvad der er sket, og hvordan vi arbejder pÄ at sikre, at det ikke sker igen.

đŸ”č Hvorfor opstod nedetiden?
Normalt skifter vi mellem serverne om natten, sÄ I altid har den bedste ydeevne og mere plads, efterhÄnden som behovet vokser. I bruger platformen sÄ aktivt, at vi konstant arbejder pÄ at optimere kapaciteten, sÄ vi kan fÞlge med den stigende efterspÞrgsel.

For at fremtidssikre systemet besluttede vi at opgradere til en stÞrre og mere kraftfuld server. MÄlet var at gÞre oplevelsen hurtigere, mere stabil og klar til vÊkst. DesvÊrre stÞdte vi pÄ uforudsete tekniske udfordringer under flytningen, hvilket fÞrte til en nedetid, der var lÊngere end forventet.

đŸ”č Hvad gĂžr vi nu?
Vores tekniske team har arbejdet pÄ hÞjtryk for at fÄ alt op at kÞre igen og sikre, at systemet fremover er endnu mere stabilt. Vi gennemgÄr nu hele processen for at identificere, hvor vi kan forbedre vores arbejdsgange, sÄ vi kan undgÄ lignende situationer i fremtiden.

First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. We know how frustrating this has been, and we truly appreciate your patience. We’d like to take a moment to explain what happened and how we’re working to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

đŸ”č What caused the downtime?
Normally, we switch between servers at night to optimize performance and make sure you always have enough space as demand grows. You’re using the platform so actively that we’re constantly working to expand capacity and keep up with increasing usage.

To future-proof our system, we decided to upgrade to a larger and more powerful server. The goal was to make everything faster, more stable, and ready for growth. However, we encountered unexpected technical challenges during the migration, leading to a much longer downtime than anticipated.

đŸ”č What are we doing now?
Our technical team has been working around the clock to restore everything and ensure greater stability moving forward. We are currently reviewing the entire process to identify ways to improve and prevent similar issues in the future.
