Hej alle,

Fรธrst og fremmest vil vi gerne sige undskyld for den lange nedetid, vi har oplevet. Vi ved, hvor frustrerende det har vรฆret for jer, og vi sรฆtter virkelig pris pรฅ jeres tรฅlmodighed. Vi vil gerne give jer en forklaring pรฅ, hvad der er sket, og hvordan vi arbejder pรฅ at sikre, at det ikke sker igen.

๐Ÿ”น Hvorfor opstod nedetiden?
Normalt skifter vi mellem serverne om natten, sรฅ I altid har den bedste ydeevne og mere plads, efterhรฅnden som behovet vokser. I bruger platformen sรฅ aktivt, at vi konstant arbejder pรฅ at optimere kapaciteten, sรฅ vi kan fรธlge med den stigende efterspรธrgsel.

For at fremtidssikre systemet besluttede vi at opgradere til en stรธrre og mere kraftfuld server. Mรฅlet var at gรธre oplevelsen hurtigere, mere stabil og klar til vรฆkst. Desvรฆrre stรธdte vi pรฅ uforudsete tekniske udfordringer under flytningen, hvilket fรธrte til en nedetid, der var lรฆngere end forventet.

Vores tekniske team har arbejdet pรฅ hรธjtryk for at fรฅ alt op at kรธre igen og sikre, at systemet fremover er endnu mere stabilt. Vi gennemgรฅr nu hele processen for at identificere, hvor vi kan forbedre vores arbejdsgange, sรฅ vi kan undgรฅ lignende situationer i fremtiden.

First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. We know how frustrating this has been, and we truly appreciate your patience. Weโ€™d like to take a moment to explain what happened and how weโ€™re working to ensure it doesnโ€™t happen again.

๐Ÿ”น What caused the downtime?
Normally, we switch between servers at night to optimize performance and make sure you always have enough space as demand grows. Youโ€™re using the platform so actively that weโ€™re constantly working to expand capacity and keep up with increasing usage.

To future-proof our system, we decided to upgrade to a larger and more powerful server. The goal was to make everything faster, more stable, and ready for growth. However, we encountered unexpected technical challenges during the migration, leading to a much longer downtime than anticipated.

๐Ÿ”น What are we doing now?
Our technical team has been working around the clock to restore everything and ensure greater stability moving forward. We are currently reviewing the entire process to identify ways to improve and prevent similar issues in the future.
