By making a payment on ZZVibe.com, you agree to these terms. We recommend that you read them carefully.

  1. General Payment Terms
    All payments must be made through the payment methods available on ZZVibe.com.
    Payment information must be accurate and up to date to avoid interruptions in your services.
    By subscribing to a paid membership, you authorize us to automatically charge payments unless the subscription is canceled.
    ZZVibe.com reserves the right to reject any payment suspected of fraud or abuse.
    All prices are listed in DKK, unless otherwise stated.

  2. Payment Methods
    We support the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Electronic transfers through third-party payment providers

Important:

  • We do not store your payment details directly. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
  • Any fees from your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
  1. Subscriptions and One-Time Purchases

3.1 Subscription Payments
If you choose a paid membership (e.g., "Pro Member"), you will be charged at the start of each subscription period.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current period unless you cancel it.
We will send an email reminder before a renewal if required by law.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge the amount again for up to 7 days.

Cancellation:
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.2 One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases of digital goods or services are charged immediately.
These purchases are generally non-refundable unless an error has occurred.

  1. Marketplace Purchase Fees
    If you make a purchase through our marketplace, the following terms apply:
  • A service fee of 5% of the purchase amount will be charged.
  • This fee will be automatically deducted at the time of transaction and covers platform and payment processing costs.
  • The seller will receive the amount after the fee is deducted.

Example:
If an item costs 100 DKK, 5 DKK will be deducted as a fee. The seller will therefore receive 95 DKK.

  1. Renewal, Cancellation, and Payment Failures

5.1 Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew unless you actively cancel them.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge the amount again for a period of 7 days.

5.2 Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
If you cancel, your access will remain until the end of the period.

5.3 Payment Failure and Suspension
If we are unable to process your payment after multiple attempts, we may suspend or restrict your account.

  1. Refund Policy
    We generally do not offer refunds unless:
  • A technical error has occurred in billing.
  • A payment has been charged incorrectly or without your approval.
  • A digital good or service was not delivered correctly.

Note:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment.
  • If we approve a refund, it may take 5-10 business days for the money to be returned.
  1. Price and Service Changes
    We reserve the right to:
  • Change prices for subscriptions and marketplace fees.
  • Add or remove features from our paid plans.
  • Apply price changes from the next billing period.

Changes will be notified via email and will take effect from the next payment.

8.1 Handling Payment Failures
If a payment fails, we will attempt it again automatically.
If the payment still cannot be processed, you will be notified via email.

8.2 Security & Fraud
We use SSL encryption to protect your information.
Suspicious transactions may result in temporary suspension of your account.
In case of suspected fraud, we may request additional identification.

    ZZVibe.com is not responsible for:
  • Errors made by banks or third-party payment providers.
  • Delays in refunds due to external factors.
  • Lost or stolen card details.
